Learn the cutting-edge science of longevity and the best of integrative veterinary care to achieve a longer, happier life for your dog.

Recent advances in longevity science have shed light on the causes of aging and how we can intervene to help our dogs live longer, healthier lives than ever before. America’s Favorite Veterinarian, Dr. Gary Richter, guides the reader through everything you can do to increase both life span and “health span” for your pet, from the puppy stage to geriatric and end-of-life care. You’ll understand how to make the best choices for your unique dog, using diagnostic tests, personalized diet and exercise plans, supplements, herbs, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech regenerative medicine.

As the guy who started the biohacking movement for humans, I’m so excited about Dr. Richter’s book, Longevity for Dogs. Of course, we can also use biohacking to improve—and extend—the lives of our furry companions. In his book, Dr. Richter shares his vast knowledge and expertise on pet nutrition, exercise, and environmental enrichment. The strategies he outlines are not only effective, but they’re also practical and easy to implement. So, if you’re a pet owner who’s interested in giving your furry friend the best possible life, then I highly recommend checking out Longevity for Dogs by Dr. Richter. Your pets will thank you for it!

— Dave Asprey, father of biohacking, four-time New York Times best-selling author, host of The Human Upgrade Podcast, CEO of Upgrade Labs

We all want to live longer healthier lives, but if we were realistic, we’d like the same and more for our dogs! Well, now you can! Dr. Richter, using much of the same knowledge, supplements, and eating tricks that I speak about for human longevity, has applied this to our canine companions and it’s all here in this book! Now we can all grow old (younger?) together for longer and better!
